Studio Policies

Booking Policy

All sessions must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. Sessions start no earlier than 12:00 PM and the last session start time is 12:00 AM. Sessions may run until 4:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 24+ hours before session start: 100% of hours returned to your package bank. Cancel less than 24 hours before session start: 50% of hours returned (rounded down). Cancel after session start time: 0 hours returned — treated as a no-show. No monetary refunds under any circumstances — hour credits only. No-shows: 50% of hours are returned to your bank, handled manually by the studio.

Block Rates Policy

All block rates expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Reminder emails are sent at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration. Hours are non-transferable between accounts.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstances. Cancellations of package bookings may result in hour credits returned to your bank per the cancellation policy above. Mix and master services are non-refundable once work has begun.
