Studio Policies

Booking Policy

Studio A sessions must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. Studio B sessions — which use smart-lock access — need only 2 hours notice. Sessions are booked in whole hours and start on the hour: no earlier than 12:00 PM and no later than 12:00 AM ET. Every session must end by 6:00 AM ET, so a later start books a shorter session.

Studio B Access Policy

Studio B does not book by the hour. A Studio B session can only be reserved by a client with hours in their Studio B hour bank (from a block package) or an active Studio B membership. Membership hours refresh on each renewal date, and up to 3 unused hours roll over into the next month — anything above 3 expires, and rollover is capped at 3 every month, so it never stacks up. Purchased block hours are good for 12 months. Every session is held on the studio calendar so members never overlap.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All remedies are studio-hour credit only. We never issue monetary or cash refunds under any circumstances.

Block Rates Policy

All block rates expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Reminder emails are sent at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration. Hours are non-transferable between accounts.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstances. Cancellations of package bookings may result in hour credits returned to your bank per the cancellation policy above. Mix and master services are non-refundable once work has begun.
